Support for Pano2VR skins is under development, but there's no release data available yet.

Unfortunately Panotour Pro support is not an option for VR Tourviewer.

This is because Panotour Pro heavily relies on Javascript and CSS, and Unity (the software that VR Tourviewer is developed with) doesn't support Javascript or CSS.

Workaround:

In Pano2VR you could create one panorama that shows a menu created with hotspots (with a custom hotspot image) for all your panoramas.

If you then add a hotspot to that 'menu panorama' in the Master Node, for example close to the nadir, then it will show that hotspot in all your panoramas.

Sure, if you can send the email address of your Oculus account to info@vrtourviewer.com , I can invite you to join the Beta channel of the app.

Hi Carlos,

Yes, an update for compatibility with Pano2VR V7 Beta will be released next week for Oculus Quest (1 & 2) and Pico VR headsets. The Remote viewer for Windows will also be updated next week.

Updates for other VR headsets (Cardboard, Rift and a sideloaded update for Oculus Go) and the Remote for other operating systems (Android and MacOS) will follow later.

Hi Carlos, welcome to the forum!

For an image popup on a polygonal hotspot, you can choose Type: URL and specify the URL to the image in the Link Target URL in the properties.

You can use an online URL (https://...) or use a path relative to the output folder of your tour. For example:
media/MyImage.png

Note that for polygonal hotspots, a target image won't be automatically included in the tour.
So you have to make sure the MyImage.png is placed in the media folder of your output manually.

Alternatively you can add the image to the Assets in Output > Advanced
Then you can use the URL: assets/MyImage.png in Link Target URL of the polygonal hotspot.

Currently the image will popup with it's center on the first point/vertice of the polygonal hotspot.
This will be improved in an update so the image will appear in the center of the polygonal hotspot.

I've emailed you an update of VR Tourviewer for Oculus Go that should fix this issue.
This file will become available for download on the website soon as well.

9
Update: I've just tested this and can confirm this is a bug. Will let you know when an update for side loading is available.

10
Thanks for reporting, I'll look into it.
It sounds like it's not something that can be fixed on your end.

Unfortunately, due to Oculus discontinuing the Go it's not possible to publish updates of the software anymore since December 18th 2020.
I'll see if I can make a version available for download which can then be installed by 'side loading', directly, or with the use of SideQuest. I'll let you know when I have a solution.

Sure, I've sent you an offer via email.

This is a known limitation: skin items and actions are not supported yet in VR Tourviewer.
Support for certain skin elements is under development, but there's no release date available yet.

If you need specific features, you could consider ordering a customized/white label version of VR Tourviewer with your own app name and branding: https://www.vrtourviewer.com/order-white-label/

Extra features like this can then be implemented to tailor the app to suit your needs.

The next update of VR Tourviewer will include an optimization of the video player, to support videos with a higher resolution and higher bitrate. 8K video should then be possible, and your 5.7K video will also play smoother then.

If you want I can give you access to the Beta version of VR Tourviewer, just send me the email address of your Oculus account (in an email to info@vrtourviewer.com) so I can add you to the Beta channel of the app. The Beta version with this fix will be available in about 2 weeks.

VR Tourviewer has been approved on Oculus App Lab !

You can find it here: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/quest/3829092873819323/

No more side loading needed: simple installation, a normal Oculus Library appearance and easy updates.
Works with Quest 1 and 2, uses the high resolution capabilities on the Quest 2.

I recommend using the latest version of VR Tourviewer: 1.3.415, especially when using the Quest 2.
https://www.vrtourviewer.com/download-vr-tourviewer-for-quest/

The Quest 2 wasn't available yet when 1.2.304 was created, so it hasn't been tested or optimized for it.
