Some panos not stereo

I have just installed the latest version.. all went well and once connected up came my pano tour.. ODDLY though some nodes show with one side looking forwards and one looking back.. (or thats how it appears when opening one eye at a time)
Ideas?

Hi Tim,

Can you send me an email with an url to the tour and the number of the {node} in the xml file that shows this behavior?
Which version of Pano2VR did you use to generate the tour?
