Thanks for reporting! It seems like a wrong VR Cardboard profile is used by the app.
I've tried to replicate the issue here but I don't have the exact same phone model, it worked fine on a Samsung Galaxy S6 though.

I'm working on a major update planned for release in the 1st quarter of 2023. If you want I can add you to the Beta testers so you can test it as soon as the Beta version is available. If you can send me your gmail address in an email to ruud@3dv.nl , I'll add you to the test team.

Hi! I've got an issue at the first place. I am using many 360 image and vr-tour viewer, but if I start any content in the VR Tourviewer, the image of the left and right eyes are way too much shifted horizontally to each other. So when I put my phone into a google cardboard vr headset, I can't see the panorama with both eyes open. Why is that?
My Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7, with Android 8.0, VR Tourviewer version: 1.3.415 Thanks!

My bad. I guess the dl got interrupted.
Great ... but:

adb: failed to install C:\Users\el profesor\Downloads\VR-Tourviewer-Pico-481.apk: Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NOT_APK: Failed to parse /data/app/vmdl1662385194.tmp/base.apk]

Unable to sideload VR-Tourviewer-Pico-481.apk. Please contact support@headjack.io and send them the error displayed above.

Should be fixed now

the latest download will not work.
An update of VR Tourviewer for Pico that fixes the controller drifting is now available for download: https://www.vrtourviewer.com/docs/install-vr-tourviewer-on-pico/
The update will also be available from the Pico Store soon.
Thanks for reporting, I've been able to replicate the issue with a Pico Neo 3 Pro.
I'll let you know when an update is available with a fix for this.
When I am turning around in VR TOURVIEWER the Controller is moving out of my position and back to the starting point. The only way to fix it in between is to hold the button for a second but then the issue isn't overall fixed. Just for the actual view. Turning around will again shift it as described.

1) Caching of loaded images to make transitions from one 'location' to another seamless
2) Zoom and fade of a new image, to create the impression of really moving there. Pano2VR does this really nicely.

This is what I also missing. It's important for a better immersion experience. I moved from Quest 2 to Pico 4. With Firefox Reality the Pano2VR features worked like a charm but unfortunately Firefox Reality has been discontinued and Wolvic isn't available for the Pico 4 yet. VR Tourviewer works great so far but I need actually the transition feature for a project and it was hard again to explain to the client why this isn't possible with the Pico 4 yet.
